About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the My Canvas Story website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our site or place an order.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in product information or pricing.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email.

Pricing and payment

All prices shown include UK VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We use tracked courier services and will provide tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing, or severe weather.

Cancellations and returns

Because every canvas is personalised to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or not as described. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product photographs, descriptions, designs and text, is owned by or licensed to My Canvas Story and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
