We make every canvas to order in our UK studio within 2 working days. Most orders are delivered on a tracked next-day service, arriving within 3 to 5 working days of ordering.

Yes. Our live preview updates instantly as you type so you can see exactly how your names, dates and short message will appear before you order.

What sizes are available?

Most canvases are available in four sizes: Small (30 × 40 cm), Medium (40 × 60 cm), Large (60 × 90 cm) and Extra Large (75 × 110 cm).

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to Europe in 2026.

Are personalised canvases returnable?

Because every canvas is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns on personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. In that case we'll replace or refund straight away.

How do I look after my canvas?

Hang away from direct sunlight where possible and dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid wet cleaners.
