Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Because every canvas is printed and hand-finished to order, we ask for 3 to 5 working days to prepare your piece before it leaves our studio. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days.

During busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, preparation may take a little longer. We always display current lead times clearly at checkout.

Delivery methods

• Standard UK delivery: Tracked courier service, 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Free on orders over £50.
• Express UK delivery: Tracked courier service, 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Packaging

Every canvas is wrapped in protective kraft paper and cushioned with corner guards inside a sturdy cardboard box. We have designed our packaging to survive the journey so your canvas arrives in perfect condition, ready to hang or gift.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our studio, we send you an email with a tracking link. You can also contact us at any time for an update. Email info@mycanvasstory.com with your order number and we will reply within one working day.

What if I am not in?

Our courier will leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if you have given permission. If delivery is not possible, they will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot.

Damaged in transit?

We take every precaution, but couriers can be rough. If your canvas arrives damaged, please email us at info@mycanvasstory.com with photos of the packaging and the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no cost and arrange collection of the damaged piece.

Delivery restrictions

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. Delivery to remote postcodes may take an extra day or two. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, contact us before ordering.
